Platform concept
Here, it is not the property that is advertised. It is the demand.
POST WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
Property Store is a private international platform on which buyers, tenants, lessees, investors, funds, construction companies and partners publish structured demand for a fee. Owners and authorised representatives do not publish their own listings — they respond to a specific demand listing through the platform. To be able to send an offer, a seller must sign in or register. This page explains in detail the entire working principle, the contents of the menu, the layout of a listing, the flow of an offer and response, all categories, as well as the price list and payment methods.

Short videos showing how the platform works: demand is published, offers arrive directly on the listing, and contact details are revealed only after clicking “I am interested”.
How a listing is published
The demand listing: structure, review, duration.
The advertiser fills in a structured form, pays for the level of publication and submits the listing for administrative review. The review does not include verification of funds or purchasing power — what is checked is completeness, structure and compliance with the platform's rules. Identity is replaced by a PS ID code. Below every published listing there is an “Offer for listing” button.

From registration and criteria to payment and admin review
See an example of a completed demand listing and an example of an offer to the advertiser. A registered seller sends the offer directly to the advertiser only through the form, by clicking “I have the requested property”.

Accepting or declining an offer
How a buyer accepts or declines an offer.
The advertiser of the demand has full control over every offer received. The advertiser is notified by e-mail of every incoming offer. All three decisions are carried out within the platform. Contact details are revealed mutually and simultaneously only once interest has been expressed.

Clicking „Interested“ reveals contact details to both sides
- 01
The offer arrives in the buyer's inbox
A registered seller has clicked “Offer for listing” and sent an offer. The buyer receives a notification and opens the review.
- 02
A single review of the offer
The buyer reviews the title, location, price, additional link, description, photographs and floor plans. The name, contact details and separately uploaded documents, such as a land registry extract and contracts, remain locked.
- 03
Interested
The buyer accepts the offer and enters into contact: names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are revealed mutually and simultaneously. The disclosure happens to both sides at once — the seller sees the buyer, and the buyer sees the seller. From that point the parties communicate directly.
- 04
Not interested
The buyer declines the offer with a single click, and the seller receives a response that the offer does not suit them, with an optional reason. The contact details of both parties remain permanently hidden. The listing remains active for other offers.
Who are the advertisers?
Who publishes demand here.
The advertisers are: property buyers, tenants, lessees, investors, investment funds, Joint Venture partners, construction companies, developers, business partners, company acquirers, brokers and agencies.
Brokers and agencies are entitled to publish a demand listing, but when doing so they must clearly declare themselves as a broker or agency acting on behalf of a client. This designation is visible on the listing.

Construction and services
Paid listings from contractors and service providers.
Construction and services is a separate offering category. Listings rotate in a vertical strip, carry a code and available time slots, and contact is visible immediately — contractors are not a party with a masked identity.

Contracts and advisory
Law, taxes, valuations and financing.
A separate offer-listing service: drafting of sale-purchase, gift and partnership agreements, tax advisory, property and taxes, financing, and support for foreign investors (individuals and companies). Services are ordered and paid for online, itemised; regulated legal, tax and other professional services are provided by qualified experts and partners where required by law.
