Agency and broker listings
POST WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
Listings from agencies and brokers seeking properties or investment opportunities on behalf of clients. If you offer a property or opportunity matching a published request, submit it to the advertiser. If the advertiser requires a brokerage commission from the offeror, this must be clearly stated in the listing.
Advertising without brokerage commission: purchase, rent / lease, investments, Joint Venture
Clear declaration of role
Every listing must state that it is published on behalf of a client. The buyer, tenant, lessee or investor is stated as a category, without revealing identity.
Structured demand
The same format as other types of demand: category, location, budget, key conditions, deadline and an important note.
Response under reference code
Owners and authorised representatives respond by clicking “Offer for listing”. Contact details are not shown publicly.
Client protection
The client's identity remains hidden until both parties accept further exchange of information.
Brokerage commission stated below
If the advertiser is an agency intending to charge the offeror a commission, it must state this as an important note in the listing text. The offeror alone decides whether to offer a property under the stated condition.
Same price list
Publishing uses one credit under the advertising price list, the same as any other demand listing.
Searching on behalf of a client — for intermediaries and agencies
Intermediaries and agencies publish their clients' structured demand here — purchase, rent or investment — under an ID code, without revealing the client's identity.
Providers respond through the platform according to the advertised criteria; contact details are revealed only once both sides confirm interest.

Publishing a listing is charged according to the advertising price list. The advertiser's identity remains masked until mutual acceptance.
