Terms of Use

The Property Store platform (propertystore.hr) is operated by Property Store d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia, OIB (Croatian tax ID): 18180491953 (hereinafter: “Property Store”, “we”). By using the platform you enter into a contract with Property Store d.o.o.

By using the platform, registering an account, publishing a listing, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

You warrant that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity, or that you are authorised to represent the legal entity on whose behalf you are acting.

Property Store is a private international platform on which buyers, tenants, lessees, investors, developers, and business partners publish, for a fee, structured demand listings (“LOOKING FOR”) for properties, investments, and business opportunities. Owners and authorised representatives may respond to these listings exclusively through the platform.

The platform is not a real estate agency, does not broker transactions, does not represent any party, and does not guarantee the outcome of any offer or response to a listing.

A listing is published after review by Property Store. This review concerns the structure, completeness, and compliance of the listing with the platform's rules — it does not constitute a verification of the advertiser's financial capacity, creditworthiness, or the truthfulness of the statements made.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You retain all rights to your content.

The duration and placement of a listing depend on the package purchased (Basic, Featured, Premium, bundles, or Service Network listing) in accordance with the pricing published on the Pricing page.

It is prohibited to use the platform for: unlawful activities; fraud, spam, or misleading listings; infringement of third-party intellectual property rights; interference with the platform's security (including malicious software, vulnerability testing, automated data scraping); posting false identities or content you are not authorised to publish.

Reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution of the service, and circumvention of the platform's technical restrictions, are prohibited.

Property Store retains all rights to the platform, software, documentation, design, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to the user.

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the scope of the selected package.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Paddle's buyer terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. All prices on the pricing page are shown excluding VAT; VAT is charged in accordance with applicable regulations.

Payment can be made by card, PayPal, or bank transfer. For bank transfer payments, the service is activated once receipt of funds has been confirmed.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free availability of the platform. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Property Store is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to the user is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of the platform's rules.

Upon termination of access, listings are removed from public display. The user may request an export of their data within 30 days; thereafter the data may be deleted or anonymised.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

The user may not assign their rights without our written consent; we may assign our rights in the event of a merger or acquisition.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court in Zagreb has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
