Published offers
Identity protection — both parties
Identity and contact details remain hidden from both parties. They are revealed only and simultaneously when the advertiser marks a received offer as “Interested” — at that point the advertiser sees the offeror’s contact details, and the offeror sees the advertiser’s. If the advertiser does not express interest or declines the offer, both parties’ data remains permanently hidden. To the public, the advertiser and offeror are always shown only by a reference code.

Demand listings keep the advertiser's identity hidden — it is revealed only after mutual acceptance. Offer listings (Contracts & Advisory, Construction & Services) do not have a hidden identity and are never shown among property demand listings.
